What is a Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)?
The EPC will tell you, your agent & purchaser how energy efficient your home is, and rates the property between A – G. The EPC will also advise how your home rates to the impact of carbon emissions.

The government believes that an average property in the UK will be in bands D – E recommendations will also be included in the EPC about how to make the home more energy efficient.
